A massive knife, hand forged from tough 80 Crv2 high carbon “Swedish Spring Steel” at RC60. Featuring an 11 inch flat ground blade with a razor sharp convex cutting edge and unsharpened false edge on top. The approx. .187 inch blade is field tough without weighing you down unnecessarily. A wide guard is silver soldered to the blade for a lifetime fit. The collar and pommel are nickle silver and copper, with a copper diamond nut on the butt. The handle is crafted from beautiful aquafortis treated osage orange with six hand peened copper pins. The honey toned wood is hand rubbed with tung oil for a lustrous and natural finish. An oiled top quality leather sheath has a frog for sliding under a belt or strap as well as a belt attachment for horizontal or vertical belt carry, if you want to impress the ladies of the woods.
