I’m all finished with your knife. I have to admit, I didn’t fully appreciate this design until I got it in my hand. I see now why you like it. I hope I did the original justice. I think it came together really nicely. I used measurements from the photo you sent, so it should be a fair match.

It’s hand forged from 1095 at RC 59, with a flat grind a standard edge. The blade is 12 inches and overall the knife is 17.75 inches. Quite a beast. I made brown leather sheath to hold it. The handle is natural canvas micarta. as requested. The corby bolts are brass.
