At long last I am all finished with your new knife! It all came together as we planned and I think you will be happy with the results.

It features a full tang MagnaCut blade at RC62.5 with a recurved gut hook design, as we discussed. The handle is stabilized and dyed maple burl with a black micarta liner. One loveless bolt, one lanyard tube and five pins match the nickle silver bolsters. There is gimping by the thumb.

I made blue leather sheath to complete the kit.

I will include a rod that can be used to sharpen the knife. It should be much easier to maintain that the last one you had, as it has no hard plunge line. Let me know if you need a hand with this system, I think you will find it very easy once you get the hang of it.
