I’ve got your knife all finished up. Thanks for your patience. I think it turned out really nicely! I know I showed you a few pics as I went, but just to remind you, I forged the blade from W2 and it’s about 7.5 inches long with a 13 inch overall length, Its about .12 at the spine and flat ground. The handle is local stabilized Spalted Maple and the collar is local bog oak with a single white spacer. The guard and mid spacer are nickel silver and so is the domed pin. It has a nice lightweight feel in the hand.

It’s a heck of a nice gift. I hope they love it.
