Forged from W2 tool steel and featuring a 3.75 inch convex cutting edge with a clay hamon, showing the differential hardening used to create a hard RC 61 edge and a tough spine. The slightly dropped-point blade has an unsharpened false edge on top and gimping at the thumb and first finger for secure registration on the tool. The handle is Arizona desert Ironwood with mixed brass and nickle pins and a brass lanyard tube. The knife includes a custom made, heavy leather sheath to keep it handy.
