M4 is an extremely highly wear resistant alloy used in industry. It is difficult to work with and not commonly used in knives. However, when it is done, it produces an extremely long lasting edge, especially in combination with a convex grind.
This compact personal knife features a 2.75 inch M4 blade at RC61. The handle is Brazilian Ipe wood, known for its hardness and durability. The guard is nickle silver with micarta and fiber spacers. Comes with a custom sheath.
This is a tough little nut, capable of long use and hard jobs while still being a breeze to carry.
