Forged from stainless AEBL at RC 61.5, this fine grained steel takes a razor edge. The hidden tang blade is a drop tip Wharncliff style blade four inches long with a convex cutting edge. Filework on the spine adds a personal touch to the ancient blade design. A 416 stainless guard sits above a red g10 collar and local iowan hard maple handle. The wood has been stained with a natural walnut husk dye and finished with tung oil. This slender knife comes with a custom leather sheath to keep it close at hand. Handy, slim and easy to carry.
