Hand forged from W2 with a flat ground, four inch blade and razor sharp convex cutting edge. This slender knife is easy to carry due to it’s slim profile and comfortable design. Gimping at the thumb and first finger help register the tool in your hand and the unsharpened false edge on top helps refine the tip for detail work, will as increasing piercing efficiency. The blade has a clay hamon, showing the differential hardening process used to create an extremely hard cutting edge and a tough, unhardened spine. The handle is durable G10, impervious to heat, acid and almost anything else. It will provide years of reliable service. The tang is embellished with vine filework. Includes a slender leather sheath with a belt loop and a beeswax finish. Handy and beautiful. Well suited to EDC.
