This full sized knife is hand forged from O1 tool steel with a flat grind and a convex edge. The blade is 6.5 inches and overall length is 11.5. The nickle silver guard is soldered and pinned to the blade for durability. The handle is made from local Iowan Bog Walnut, over three thousand years old, a beautiful and unique piece of history, All fittings are nickel silver and black fiber liners accentuate the vine filework on the spine. The custom leather sheath is dyed to match and has a frog instead of snap on the retention strap for silence in the woods.
