Blue Maple Santoku
Hand forged from W2 high carbon tool steel, with an eight inch flat ground blade. The edge in front of the hamon is RC63, while keeping a tough and flexible spine. The micarta bolsters are impervious to acids and moisture. Dyed maple burl handles with black liners and nickle silver pins are a durable and beautiful connection from hand to blade.
