Green Maple Santoku
Featuring a hand forged W2 blade at 8 inches long, this Santoku is enough knife for all your everyday kitchen tasks. A clay hamon shows the differential hardening techniques used to give this blade a RC 63 edge and a soft, tough spine. The handle is stabilized Maple from Missouri, with a soldered nickle silver guard and matching pins. Vine filework on the tang adds another classy touch. The high carbon blade is hand sharpened on a waterstone to hair splitting sharpness. This is a great all around, mid weight chef knife with beautiful materials.
