Hand forged from W2 with a clay hamon, giving a razor sharp cutting edge of RC 63 while maintaining a tough spine. This all around kitchen utility has a tapered, 5.5 inch flat ground blade. The handle is stabilized maple burl that has been dyed green, below a guard of white micarta.
