A hand forged santoku made from W2 high carbon steel with a clay hamon line showing the differential hardening of the blade, resulting a hard RC 63 cutting edge and extremely tough spine. Copper bolsters are pinned and soldered to the blade for a lifetime of durability. The dazzling handle is stabilized and dyed maple burl with six staggered copper pins. Flat ground and full tang, this will be a workhorse in any kitchen with a mid weight blade and razor sharp edge ready for any slicing, chopping and mincing you need.
