This large hunting and camping knife can handle anything you throw at it. It has a seven inch blade hand forged from 1084 tool steel and ground to a razor sharp convex edge. The handle is Iowa mulberry, a beautiful and underutilized wood that is very hard and water resistant. The bolsters are made from the shed of a wild elk from northern Montana. Red fiber liners add a little color to the warm tones of the wood. Brass pins anchor the handle slabs, with a center mosaic pin. There’s even a run of vine filework on the spine. Comes with a custom brown leather sheath. A wonderful addition to your kit and a knife that will impress all who see it.
