Hand forged 1084 high carbon tool steel with a 4.75 inch flat ground blade and convex edge. The exposed tang at the butt is tempered to be used as a pry bar. Osage orange wood on the handle is treated with aquafortis for a warm honey tone with bars carved into the sides for extra grip. The four handle pins are pure copper. Filework on the spine and tang adds a personal decorative touch to this tough tool. A classic straight back design with a lot of utility and no nonsense.
