A classic chef knife design in high carbon 1084 steel at RC61. This full sized knife features a 7.75 inch cutting edge and a flat grind. The handle is made from local cherry burl that has been stabilized in a vacuum tank of durability. Two copper corby bolts anchor the scales. Filework on the tang adds another refined touch.
