Forged from 1095 and ground flat with a 4.5 inch blade, it is enough reach for most tasks, without being unwieldy. The handle is lignum vitae, a very dense wood used on tool faces because of its durability. Vine filework on the spine adds a touch of ornament. The soldered bolsters are nickel silver, as are the corby bolts and lanyard tube. A light, clean field knife, ready for whatever you can throw at it.
